Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Subcontract Administrator to support government contracts and procurement. You will manage a portfolio of subcontract agreements, review solicitations, and guide strategy with leadership to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.

You will negotiate, administer, and advise on contract types while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies. This role requires U.S. citizenship due to government work and security clearances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations.
• 3+ years in federal procurement or subcontract management, incl. proposals, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with program leadership to drive procurement delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement professionals by managing subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements.
• Review solicitations for risks, guide proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with Booz Allen suppliers across contract types.
• Support contracting lifecycle with internal teams and ensure compliance with policies.
