Job summary

Gila River Business Enterprises (GRBE) is seeking a Director of Store Operations in Chandler, AZ to provide strategic and operational leadership for GRBE’s store portfolio. You will drive profitability, customer experience, and growth while leading corporate staff and ensuring standards across locations.

The role requires building budgets, forecasting, and KPIs; you will partner with HR to develop talent and ensure consistent execution of brand and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/retail operations.
• Experience leading multi-location operations and corporate staff.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements, identify budget variances, and provide explanations and corrective action plans to senior leadership.
• Analyze financial, operational, market, and customer data to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
• Develop and prioritize annual capital requests for facility improvements, equipment replacement, store renovations, and business expansion.
• Develop and execute strategies that improve profitability, sales, customer experience, and long-term business performance.
• Translate organizational priorities into clear goals, measurable outcomes, and actionable plans.
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives that improve overall performance and competitiveness of GRBE.
