Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Seven+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, hospitality, or related environment.
• Three+ years leading managers or multi-location operations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a 39-month MVR check; tribal driving permit.
• Drug-free workplace acknowledgment and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for GRBE portfolio performance across locations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor profitability, labor, and inventory.
• Lead staffing planning, coaching, and succession for store leadership.
• Oversee pricing, merchandising, promotions, and vendor relations to maximize revenue.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across all stores.
• Present monthly financial and operating results to senior leadership.
