Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• OR 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages facility operations, merchandising, and team development.
• Drives sales and profit through budgeting, planning, and optimizing costs.
• Oversees staffing, training, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and Open Door Policy.
• Leads community outreach and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
