Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operations, merchandising, and company direction with management and hourly staff.
• Ensures compliance, open-door policy, and timely resolution of issues across levels.
• Drives sales, budget planning, and cost control while maintaining customer service standards.
• Oversees Academy/store standards, training, and talent development initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and supervision of 50+ associates

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U/Bellevue University)
