Qualifications

• 3–5 years of claims handling or related TPA experience.
• Ability to learn reinsurance practices and interpret complex Stop-Loss contracts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor claims activity for Stop Loss reimbursement eligibility.
• Manage changes to Stop Loss contracts and internal tracking systems.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports and renewal documentation.
