Leesel Transportation Corp. is seeking a Staffing Analyst to support daily and long-term staffing operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with Operations, Recruiting, and Leadership. You will analyze staffing needs, monitor real-time levels, coordinate across routes and shifts, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dispatch, staffing, or operations-driven role.
• Customer service experience and professional communication.
• Comfort with scheduling and HR systems.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal staffing needs to ensure sufficient coverage across all operations.
• Monitor staffing levels in real time and respond to call-outs and shortages.
• Coordinate staffing across routes, shifts, locations, and service needs.
• Maintain staffing records, rosters, and employee data in HR and scheduling systems.
• Track trends in absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and coverage gaps; provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with recruiting to align pipelines with demand.
• Communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, and management about assignments and changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support onboarding, credential tracking, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Perform additional duties to support staffing and operations.
