Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Spend Executive to champion non-labor spend delivery for assigned accounts in the southeast U.S. region.

You will be the primary day-to-day client contact, translating priorities into a coordinated category workplan and delivering measurable outcomes through executive reviews. You will leverage Vizient insights to frame recommendations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare supply chain leadership.
• Experience with provider organizations and healthcare engagements.
• Ability to translate data into executive narratives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the client spend management plan and align to client strategy.
• Lead development of account plans and workplans with stakeholders.
• Engage client leadership on challenges across non-labor spend categories.
• Drive category workplans end-to-end and secure governance decisions.
• Translate Vizient insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Present ROI narratives to executives and maintain value tracking.
• Build trusted client relationships and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Lead monthly internal delivery meetings to align on progress.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal execution.
• Mentor new team members and share best practices.
