Job summary

PDS Health in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Specialty Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Specialists, help patients start diagnosed treatment, and explain financial options. You will support scheduling, patient education, PPE and PFL, and ensure smooth specialty days with proper documentation.

You will handle insurance pre-authorizations, maintain confidential records, and contribute to a positive patient experience while upholding the PDS Brand and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Experience in dental/insurance/business fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of PDS system and tools to assist patient decisions.
