PDS Health is hiring a Specialty Healthcare Coordinator (SHC) to partner with Specialists and help patients commit to prescribed treatments. You will educate patients on financial options, address objections, and keep Specialist schedules productive for smooth specialty days.

You will support patients consultatively, ensuring a Perfect Patient Experience and creating Patients for Life while maintaining professional communication with the office and specialty teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Gains a financial commitment from the patient to start treatment as diagnosed by the Specialist.
• Coordinate scheduling to keep Specialist days productive and full.
• Assist patients in understanding financial options to start dentistry within their budget.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections.
• Enforce professional communication across office and specialty teams.
