Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Mission Integration, Analysis and Assessments group seeks a high-energy analyst to lead modeling, simulation, and data-driven studies across LM Space lines of business. You will translate complex technical results into actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role requires strong experience in space systems modeling, familiarity with STK/ODTK/AFSIM, and programming in MATLAB, Python, or R, with a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with modeling, simulating, and analyzing satellite systems.
• Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as STK, ODTK, AFSIM, OD++, etc
• Programming and scripting experience using MATLAB, Python, R, or similar languages
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) field
• Current TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Perform studies as part of a team to model and analyze Space sensing performance and trades (i.e. collection, resource allocation, access, gaps, etc.)
• Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analysis needs, plan analysis tasks, and lead small teams to deliver valuable findings to stakeholders
• Present findings to key stakeholders assessing enterprise performance under a variety of configuration options to drive decision making
