This role requires shaping system-level analysis, performance evaluation, and mission readiness across design and integration, with occasional travel and TS/SCI CI poly clearance as a consideration.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in engineering analysis, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with M&S tools such as C++, Python, MATLAB, and STK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in engineering analysis, mission operations, or ground system support is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience with modeling & simulation tools/technologies such as C++, Python, R, SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux, MATLAB, VBA, or STK (desired).
• Drive, initiative, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead system level analysis and performance evaluations informing strategic decisions.
• Tackle complex, high-stakes mission challenges across design, integration, and operational readiness.
• Identify and assess emerging technologies to elevate future mission capabilities.
• Support enterprise-wide verification and validation to ensure systems perform when it counts.
• Review system discrepancies and drive resolutions to improve mission assurance.
• Evaluate resources, schedules, and integration plans for major test and transition efforts.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices to strengthen the mission enterprise.
• Support occasional non-standard hours to meet timelines.
• Travel as needed to stay engaged with mission partners and stakeholders.
