Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives to develop and deliver state-of-the-art satellite communications solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure program execution.
• Apply EVM and risk management to plan and control cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate with leadership to allocate personnel and resources for program execution.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and performance alignment with technical, schedule, and financial goals.
• Support capture and proposal activities with cost estimates and content contributions.
