Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Strategic Space Planner to optimize a nationwide footprint across El Segundo, Chantilly, and Colorado Springs campuses and leased facilities. You will manage space data, develop move scenarios, and support leadership reviews with strategic space solutions.

Ideal candidates have extensive space planning experience, proficiency in CAD/Archibus, and a background in real estate planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six or more years of relevant corporate space planning experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Hands-on experience with space planning software, CAD, and PDF editing tools.
• Proven ability to use Archibus and the willingness to train others on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage the corporate space portfolio to optimize efficiency and maintain a premier environment.
• Conduct site walks and create test fits to visualize footprint usage.
• Maintain accurate space data, floorplans, maps, hoteling records, and headcount reports.
• Generate footprint and space reports for management, customers, and government audits.
• Coordinate large-scale personnel moves with minimal disruption and high employee experience.
