Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks a seasoned operations planning contractor in California to support the S35 Future Operations Division with strategic planning, joint planning, and contingency operations activities.

The role requires coordinating with multiple CCMD staffs, drafting orders, and assisting in exercise planning with potential travel and long hours. The ideal candidate has deep experience with USSPACECOM J35 content, provides strategic guidance, and can work independently to deliver

Qualifications

Deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content for USSPACECOM J35.
Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges.
Has the specific skills, knowledge, and comprehension to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with S5 Campaign Plans to transition multiple JSOPs and campaigns on a 60-days-to-2-year planning cycle.
Prepare and staff orders, plans, and instructions in support of operations and exercises.
Schedule and facilitate meetings to inform commander and staff decision-making.
Support the planning and execution of CCMD Exercises with travel and extended workdays as needed.
Participate in OPTs to translate guidance into plans and orders for government approval.
Produce documents for government review, analyzing CCMD and S5 plans for warfighter readiness.
