Job summary

The Space Planning and Occupancy Program Manager at ace develops and implements workplace space solutions to support growth, efficiency, and employee needs. You will partner with leaders across Facilities, PM, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to manage headcount forecasting, occupancy planning, relocations, restacks, and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD for creating and maintaining floor plans and layouts.
• Experience with Serraview or similar workplace management systems.
• Knowledge of office design standards, ADA requirements, and building codes.
• Ability to manage furniture vendors and review installation and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement space solutions to support growth and efficiency.
