Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Space Planning and Occupancy Program Manager in Costa Mesa to lead workplace space solutions and occupancy planning. You will work with Facilities, HR, IT, and leadership to forecast headcount, develop space options, and manage moves and restacks.

Strong AutoCAD and Serraview experience are essential for creating and maintaining floor plans and occupancy drawings. Responsibilities include data analysis of utilization and vacancy, governance of space plans, and

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD strongly preferred, including creating, modifying and maintaining architectural floor plans and layouts.
• Experience with Serraview or a comparable workplace management platform highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of space planning concepts, office design standards, and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace space solutions to support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to forecast headcount and occupancy needs.
• Create and maintain architectural floor plans, layouts, block and stack plans, and occupancy drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage occupancy data and workplace systems like Serraview; conduct space audits and analyze utilization, vacancy, and forecasting data.
• Coordinate furniture planning, procurement reviews, installation management, and invoice validation to meet standards and budget.
