The Space Planning and Occupancy Program Manager at Auto Club Enterprises leads space optimization initiatives across campuses, partnering with Facilities, HR, IT, and leadership to forecast headcount and plan relocations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Serraview is essential to maintain floor plans and occupancy drawings.

This role oversees furniture planning, vendor coordination, data management, and space audits to drive efficiency and compliance with standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD strongly preferred.
• Experience with Serraview or similar workplace management platform.
• Understanding of architectural layouts and office design standards.
• Ability to analyze occupancy, utilization, vacancy, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural floor plans, workstation layouts, block and stack plans.
• Manage occupancy data, space audits, and forecasting for leadership.
• Coordinate moves, relocations, and restacks with facilities and PM teams.
• Oversee furniture planning, procurement reviews, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with workplace standards, ADA, and building codes.
