Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX seeks a Space Planning and Occupancy Program Manager to design and implement workplace space solutions that support growth and efficiency. You will partner with Facilities, PM, HR, IT and leadership to manage headcount forecasting, occupancy planning, relocations, and restacks using AutoCAD and Serraview.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD strongly preferred.
• Experience with Serraview or a comparable workplace management platform.
• Demonstrated proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and office design standards.
• Working knowledge of ADA requirements, life safety standards, and building codes as they relate to workplace planning.
• Experience managing furniture vendors, reviewing quotations, and auditing invoices for pricing accuracy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship management across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Space planning / occupancy management: forecast requirements, collaborate with leaders, and develop occupancy strategies.
• Create and maintain architectural floor plans, block and stack layouts, and occupancy drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage occupancy data in Serraview; conduct space audits and analyze utilization and forecasting data.
• Oversee furniture planning, vendor coordination, procurement reviews, and installation management.
• Review and validate space plans for accuracy, compliance, and budget alignment.
