Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner to deliver space planning, data mining, and insightful reporting for large clients in Baltimore. You will develop conceptual layouts, move lists, and present findings to internal teams and steering committees.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2–5 years in space planning, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. The role emphasizes accurate occupancy data, forecasting, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans for stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce complex drawings and client-facing presentations for steering committees.
• Collaborate with team members to gather business intelligence on moves and relocation sequencing.
• Manage occupancy data and validate space planning metrics in the system of record.
• Forecast space planning trends and prepare client-facing reports.
