Job summary

SEI is seeking an experienced Legal Services Specialist to join our Strategic & Commercial Relationships team. The role focuses on drafting client and vendor contracts, preparing SOWs and NDAs, and managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle with high-volume workflow.

You will collaborate with attorneys and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely contracting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of contract drafting and administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years drafting and administering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare client and vendor contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments.
• Review redlines and ensure standard terms align with policies.
• Provide negotiation support with internal and external parties.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and approvals.
• Track status of many agreements and meet turnaround targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain input and approvals.
• Suggest template improvements and process refinements.
