Job summary

TCR Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Sales Manager to lead supplier management and technical sales support across North America. You will negotiate with suppliers, identify opportunities, and drive cross-functional improvements with procurement, commercial, and operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong technical and commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Remote work may be allowed up to 1–2 days weekly, with significant travel and site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, supplier management, GSE, industrial equipment, or aviation.
• Strong technical, commercial, and project management skills.
• Practical procurement and negotiation skills.
• International mindset and ability to collaborate across countries and functions.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management: identify and evaluate new US suppliers and OEM partners.
• Lead supplier negotiations to improve pricing, payment terms, warranties, service commitments, and other commercial conditions.
• Proactively identify opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and drive implementation across teams.
• Technical Sales Support: support equipment selections, specifications, and technical products.
• Assist demonstrations, trials, and fleet electrification initiatives as a technical expert.
• Develop and train a technical training program to grow sales aptitude.
• Process Improvement & Implementation: drive continuous improvement of procurement and asset management processes.
• Improve data quality, process compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Promote adoption of new systems, digital tools, and best practices across the organization.
