Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience needed.
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Create and maintain accurate purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers via assessments and visits.
• Maintain ASL and ensure supplier compliance with requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and coordinate supplier quotations and RMAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and processes.
• Track orders, communicate status, and resolve discrepancies with finance.
• Analyze supplier performance and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
