Amy's Kitchen is seeking a procurement/ sourcing coordinator in the Bay Area, CA responsible for operational and tactical support to sourcing category teams. You will assist with supplier and material approvals, monitor approved materials, and manage contract-related tasks.

The role requires 4+ years related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ability to collaborate across functions to maintain accurate records and support projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Supports new supplier and direct material approval processes with documentation and vendor status in the system.
• Monitors and maintains status for approved materials and suppliers with required documentation.
• Manages dispositions of non-approved raw material inventory and related tracking.
• Supports generation, updates, and closures of blanket contracts to ensure currency and accuracy.
• Provides basic project management and coordination support to category teams.
