Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant processes, documentation, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with groups.

Responsibilities

• Supports new supplier and direct material approvals and documentation.
• Monitors status for approved materials and suppliers, including documentation and sample evaluations.
• Manages dispositions of non-approved raw material inventory and tracking.
• Supports blanket contracts generation, updates, and closures.
• Provides basic project management and coordination for category teams.
• Manages select Tier 3 & 4 supplier accounts including check-ins and negotiations.
• Communicates effectively with managers, buyers, cross-functional partners, and suppliers.
• Performs other assigned projects.
