Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare related field.
• 3 years of data analytics experience in supply chain, healthcare, or related industry.
• Cardiovascular or Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process for strategic sourcing initiatives within the assigned category.
• Assist with monitoring supplier performance using metrics and references.
• Document and communicate identified vs realized savings; drive necessary changes.
• Support development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap and contract calendar.
• Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to ensure repeatability and auditability.
• Lead or assist in developing negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category strategies.

Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (Hybrid work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do

• Manage the RFP process for each strategic sourcing initiative within the assigned category and/ or service line. 35%
• Assists with the monitoring of supplier performance through developing measuring tools and checking references. 15%
• Documents and communicates the identified vs. realized savings and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion. 15%
• Assist Program Director with the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap and contract calendar for assigned category. 15%
• Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates to support repeatability, auditability, and quality. 10%
• Lead (or assist with) the development of negotiation scenarios, cost models, and category. 10%

Education

Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Healthcare related fields Req

Experience

• 3 Years experience in data analytics to include financial analysis and quantitative/ qualitative assessment in supply chain, healthcare or related industry Req
• Cardiovascular or Radiology experience Pref.
