Job summary

Kenvue in Prague, hybrid, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to own end-to-end sourcing and contracting for strategic categories. You will ensure best terms, manage supplier relationships, and support compliance across the procurement lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and Category Leads, drive cost savings, and help optimize supplier panels in Marketing, HR, IT, R&D and facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sourcing or contracting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and manage relationships with requestors.
• Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process within relevant categories delegated spend.
• Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms and conditions and communicate with suppliers as needed.
• Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery.
• Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities & compliance improvement education.
• Resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies.
• Determine requirements for contract creation.
• Manage the contract execution process, from creation until signature and archiving in the CLM system.
• Negotiate full contract terms in line with guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other functions as needed.
• Review and recommend contract amendments through the lifecycle.
