Job summary

Kenvue in Prague is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for tactical spend within Marketing, HR, IT Services, R&D, and more.

You will drive cost savings, optimize supplier panels, and ensure compliant contracting in a 12-month fixed-term role with potential extension. Hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or contracting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and manage relationship with requestors.
• Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process within relevant categories delegated spend.
• Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms and conditions and communicate with suppliers as needed.
• Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery.
• Determine requirements for contract creation and manage the contract execution process.
