GeoStabilization International is seeking a highly organized Sourcing Coordinator to support Strategic Sourcing and Operational Procurement. You will manage RFQs, analyze supply chain data, and build KPI dashboards that influence project profitability and delivery timelines.

With 1–2 years in procurement and expert Excel skills, you will identify cost drivers, improve forecast accuracy, and drive supplier capability scaling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related discipline.
• 1–2 years experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional logic, data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and analyze RFQs for project scopes with on-time supplier responses.
• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and quantify savings and risk for leadership review.
• Onboard suppliers: validate financials, ACH setup, insurance, and compliance.
• Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and procurement reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with estimating and project management to meet aggressive procurement timelines.
