Kearney is seeking a Manager in the SOP Source Tower to lead sourcing and procurement initiatives, build senior client relationships, and drive value realization across major engagements. Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting is required; experience at the Manager level is preferred.
• MBA is preferred, along with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Experience leading a major workstream within procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, or cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major workstream within sourcing and procurement engagements, from diagnostic and solution design through implementation and value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including CPOs, CFOs, and COOs.
• Manage initiatives across strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating model design, and cost optimization.
• Provide day-to-day delivery for assigned workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and team development within the SOP Source offering.
