Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Principal in its SOP Source practice in the United States to lead sourcing and procurement engagements, advising senior client stakeholders and driving cost, resilience, and value outcomes. You will also contribute to growth through BD, thought leadership, and team development.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end engagements, shaping procurement strategy, and building cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Principal-level experience in top-tier management consulting.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale procurement transformations and cost optimization programs.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sourcing and procurement engagements from diagnostic through execution and value realization.
• Advise C-suite leaders on procurement strategy and transformation.
• Drive strategic sourcing, operating model design, cost optimization, and supplier risk management.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams with delivery accountability.
• Originate and expand client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Help define and scale SOP Source offering and market positioning.
• Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams.
