Kearney is seeking a Manager in Strategic Operations (SOP) to join our Make Tower practice in the Americas. You will lead client engagements, shape strategy, and drive execution across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations projects in a collaborative, results‑oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have an MBA with 8+ years of management consulting experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar advisory role.
• Experience managing proposal writing and pitches for consulting work.
