The successful candidate will work independently on complex projects, analyze spend, and promote procurement best practices while aligning with university policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Source goods and services and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct spend analysis and support competitive solicitations (RFPs, ITNs, RFQs).
• Provide procurement guidance and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Budget Office and Controller’s Office on payments.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to internal stakeholders.
