Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Senior Manager to lead direct materials sourcing initiatives and cost transformation efforts. You will guide clients on strategic sourcing and value engineering, coordinating onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage AI-enabled sourcing, eProcurement tools, and data analytics to deliver tangible savings and supply chain improvements for major clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years of experience in direct materials spend analytics, RFPs, and strategic sourcing.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects for sourcing and procurement engagements.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and category strategy design.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translate findings into sourcing strategies and should-cost models.
• Lead multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Conduct value chain mapping, product teardown, and cost-improvement activities.
• Build client stakeholder relationships and present recommendations to executives.
