Job summary

Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice seeks a Manager to drive direct materials sourcing and cost transformation across strategy and implementation. The role collaborates with clients to improve cost, strengthen supplier strategies, and enable procurement transformation through process, analytics, and technology.

You will lead sourcing projects, advise on supply chain strategy, manage multiple workstreams, and guide on eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFP processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development.
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives.
• Managing multiple workstreams and leading onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment.
• Supporting transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Assessing category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities.
