Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in Sourcing & Procurement to drive direct materials sourcing and cost transformation for client engagements in the Sourcing & Procurement practice. The role spans strategy, analytics, and technology-enabled procurement transformations across multiple clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage eProcurement tools, and mentor junior staff while delivering measurable cost improvements and supplier performance enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFP processes, strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across design, analytics, configuration, deployment, and testing.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translate findings into sourcing plans and cost models.
• Manage multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in client engagements.
• Support transformation initiatives using eProcurement tech such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Assess category cost drivers and supplier opportunities to identify cost improvements.
