Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years in direct materials spend analytics, RFP and strategic sourcing.
• 8+ years leading teams or managing procurement projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across design, analytics, and category strategy.
• Advise on supply chain strategy and translate findings into actionable sourcing insights.
• Juggle multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Support transformation with eProcurement and AI-enabled tools like Coupa/Ariba/iValua.
• Conduct value analyses to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present recommendations to executives.
