Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Senior Manager to drive direct materials sourcing and cost transformation. You will influence strategy, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and enable procurement transformation through analytics and technology.

You will coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and guide clients on opportunities, operating model improvements, and technology-enabled solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years of experience in direct materials spend analytics, RFP and sourcing execution.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects in sourcing/procurement engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing and category strategy design.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translate findings into actionable insights and total cost of ownership models.
• Lead multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing tech like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Conduct value chain mapping and cost analysis to identify drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Build client relationships, present recommendations to executives, and direct teams to support delivery.
