Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Senior Manager on the SCNO team to lead direct materials sourcing initiatives and cost transformation for clients across industries.

You will guide strategy through analytics and technology-enabled procurement solutions, manage onshore and offshore teams, and build strong relationships with client executives to drive delivery and value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years in direct materials spend analytics, RFPs, and category management.
• 8+ years leading teams or projects for sourcing and procurement engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and category strategy design.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translate findings into actionable sourcing insights and should-cost models.
• Lead multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing technology such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Build client stakeholder relationships, presenting recommendations to executives and directing teams to support delivery.
