Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Georgia, USA is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Lead to drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and timely purchasing of materials supporting manufacturing and operations.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales, manage PO lifecycle in NetSuite, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and strengthen supplier performance to improve cost, quality, delivery.

Qualifications

• At least five years of sourcing, procurement, or materials management experience.
• Proven success negotiating supplier terms and delivering cost/quality improvements.
• Experience with MRP-driven purchasing and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management activities.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid analyses and supplier selection.
• Own supplier relationships and performance scorecards.
• Oversee PO lifecycle and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with production.
