Job summary

Accenture Sourcing & Procurement seeks a Procurement Manager in the US to lead client cost optimization and procurement process improvement projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience supporting procurement and/or strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total).
• Minimum 3 years' experience focusing on Spend Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagement.
• Manage project resources and coordinate with subject matter experts.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and recommendations.
• Present to client executives and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and internal deliverables.
• Support client sales origination and procurement process reengineering.
