Job summary

MOTUL is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end purchasing, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost, service, and inventory performance. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization.

The role requires strong SAP, Excel, and BI proficiency, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across a global supply network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Additional training in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, or data analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process from PO creation through delivery and receipt.
• Monitor open orders, manage delivery risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Build strong supplier relationships and support performance reviews.
• Analyze purchasing activity and procurement KPIs to drive improvements.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and BI tools to improve visibility and drive decisions.
