Job summary

Titan Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Buyer to oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing. The role emphasizes SAP-driven purchasing, contract negotiation, and alignment with budgets to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in procurement within asset-intensive industries, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with operations, finance, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 5+ years of SAP experience including PO creation, framework agreements, vendor management, and procurement analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) & Framework Agreements in SAP.
• Manage procurement data, pricing, supplier records, and purchasing documentation within SAP.
• Negotiate, implement, and maintain commercial contracts.
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, budgets, and operational requirements.
• Monitor order status and resolve supply issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
