Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal for our Global Supply Chain practice in the United States. You will lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives across industries, partnering with client leadership to design future-state models and drive value.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain strategy, expertise in SAP/Oracle and digital initiatives like AI forecasting; travel about 25%. You will mentor colleagues and help expand our market presence while delivering measurable

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results through supply chain optimization and transformation in regulated environments.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including cost modeling and network optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across industries.
Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.
Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models that align with priorities.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement.
Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities.
Travel approximately 25% depending on project needs.
