Slalom, a modern technology and business consulting leader, seeks a Senior Principal in Supply Chain to drive strategy and transformation for clients across diverse industries. You will partner with executives to shape future-state models, enable digital supply chains, and mentor junior staff to grow Slalom’s capabilities.

With a focus on resiliency, analytics, and sustainability, you will influence value across the supply chain while traveling roughly a quarter of the time to engage on-site

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through supply chain optimization and transformation in highly regulated, quality-sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience with supply chain cost modeling, network optimization, and service level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across different industries, particularly Sourcing and procurement.
• Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.
• Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models that align with clinical, commercial, and operational priorities across the value chain.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement, including adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and sustainability practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities and market presence.
