You will lead strategy and transformation initiatives for clients in sourcing and procurement, partnering with executives to design future-state models and drive digital enablement across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results through optimization and transformation in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including cost modeling and network optimization.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or specialized solutions like LIMS, MES, and serialization platforms.
• Bonus points for digital supply chain initiatives (AI/ML forecasting, control towers) or pharma commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives across industries, especially Sourcing and procurement.
• Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.
• Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models aligned with priorities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities.
• Travel requirement: ~25% depending on project needs
