Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Strategist to lead transformation initiatives across industries, with a focus on sourcing and procurement. You will partner with client executives to design future-state models that boost resiliency and efficiency.

Expect to mentor junior staff, influence analytics adoption, and travel about 25% to client sites. Strong background in SAP/Oracle and pharma/domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, particularly Sourcing and Procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through supply chain optimization and transformation in highly regulated, quality-sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience with supply chain cost modeling, network optimization, and service level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across different industries, particularly Sourcing and procurement.
• Assess and optimize supply chain operations across sourcing and procurement.
• Partner with client executives to design future-state supply chain models that align with clinical, commercial, and operational priorities across the value chain.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance resiliency, visibility, and digital enablement, including adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and sustainability practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to grow the firm’s supply chain capabilities and market presence.
