Job summary

BANKPLUS is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive end-to-end sourcing, spend analytics, and category strategies. You will partner with business units, manage RFx events, negotiate terms, and help optimize our Source-to-Pay processes.

You'll work with Vendor Management, TPRM, and Finance to ensure compliance with DOA and regulatory standards, while delivering measurable cost savings and procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement analytics.
• Experience with RFx processes and spend analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bank leaders to identify purchasing needs and build sourcing pipelines.
• Facilitate end-to-end competitive sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and negotiate terms.
• Assist with contract terms, pricing, and SLAs during drafting and renewal.
• Perform spend analysis to find savings opportunities and optimize tail spend.
• Develop category strategies for non-labor spend areas such as Software/SaaS and professional services.
• Establish savings tracking and KPIs for finance leadership.
• Support implementation and optimization of Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Train stakeholders on procurement processes and requisition workflows.
