Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Strategic Sourcing Principal - Electronics Aerospace to drive end-to-end FAR15 proposals and subcontract activities from its Phoenix, AZ location on a 2-day work schedule. You will deliver compliant FAR15 packages, execute long-term supplier agreements, and achieve cost savings through strategic negotiations.

You will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and manage supplier relationships while focusing on electronics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.
• Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in FAR15 proposals and subcontract execution.
• Experience with DoD procurement life cycle and supplier management.
• Experience working with electronics distributors and brokers.
• Semiconductor supply chain experience, with direct engagement of distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them including those within the electronics distribution and broker channels.

As a Strategic Sourcing Principal - Electronics Aerospace here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.

You will report directly to our 1 and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a 2 work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the delivery of compliant FAR15 packages to the US government, executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Semiconductor supply chain experience, with direct engagement of distribution partners

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline
• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred
• Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
• Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) and negotiating terms and conditions
