Job summary

Cobalt Boats, LLC is seeking a Sourcing and Integration Specialist to identify and qualify sources of supply for parts and materials, and to onboard new suppliers and components for current or future programs.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and purchasing to meet NPI milestones, drive value, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Understanding of supply chain principles and ERP/MRP concepts.
• Ability to assimilate requirements and communicate to internal/external customers.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sources of supply for parts and materials.
• Onboard and integrate new suppliers and parts with crossfunctional teams.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate terms to maximize value.
• Develop tracking tools and report progress to meet NPIs milestones.
• Support supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cost reduction initiatives.
